Touch N Glam offers the following shipping options:
- Ground shipping: 4-9 business days
- Expedited shipping: 2-5 business days
- Priority shipping: 1-3 business days
Shipping costs will not be refunded if the order is returned.
However, Touch N Glam makes no promises, warranties, representations, or guarantees that any Product will arrive at any particular time or date.
Order Processing and Tracking
Touch N Glam online orders are shipped after the order has been accepted and approved in our system.
Upon an order leaving the warehouse, customers will receive a "shipment confirmation email."
This email will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a link to the selected carrier site.
For customers with an active account, tracking information will also be updated for each order in the My Account section of our website.
Taxes & Duties
Prices displayed on the Touch N Glam site do not include taxes.
When you proceed to purchase your order, sales tax (where applicable) and shipping charges will be calculated on the total value of product, and will be displayed on the checkout page.
Additional duty charges will be applicable to shipments outside of United States.
