We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Items Not Accepted for Return/Exchange
We will not accept returns or exchanges:
- after fourteen (14) days from the date upon which you received the Product;
- on any Product that has been opened;
- on any Product that is no longer in an original /resalable condition; or
- on any tax, duty, fee, cost, expense, or anything other than the purchase price of the Product itself.
How to Start a Return
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@touchnglam.com or request a return in-store.
If you are emailing us, please include the following information:
- Order Number
- Item(s) to be Returned
- Date of Order
- Your Full Name
- Your Full Address and Phone Number
We will contact you with instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Pack your products into the original box and drop off at your local carrier for shipment.
Shipping Costs and Tracking
Please note: We do not issue pre-paid return labels: sender is responsible for return shipping costs.
Return shipping method must include tracking.
Refund Processing
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
If approved, please allow up to 14 business days for returns processing.
Please note that banks or credit card companies may take additional time to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we've approved your return, please contact us at hello@touchnglam.com.

Please note: gift cards are non-refundable or transferable.
